Kokodak’s owners set out to shake up the Westfield Newmarket food court with a bold, vibrant chicken kiosk that stood out from the crowd. Positioned directly opposite the sushi train, the goal was clear: grab attention, streamline service, and create a flavour-packed space that was both efficient and inviting.
From a tucked-away nook to a high-energy hotspot, Kokodak reimagines the fast-casual dining experience with fresh energy and flair.

We designed a layout that balances operational efficiency with customer flow. Self-ordering stations and a compact, high-performing kitchen support their fast-paced model, while cleverly integrated seating offers guests a moment of calm amid the bustle.
A bold colour palette, custom lighting, and a striking ceiling feature reflect the brand’s funky spirit. Pops of colour, quirky motifs, and carefully curated finishes help Kokodak make a big impact within a small space.
