The

Brief.

Hellospace was entrusted as the local architectural designer and project lead for APM Monaco's prestigious location within the high-end precinct of Westfield Newmarket.

Tasked with transforming a compact site spanning just 26 square meters, our challenge was to seamlessly integrate APM Monaco's luxurious brand experience while adhering to the stringent standards of the Westfield Newmarket precinct. We entrusted Fitout Solutions as the main contractor for the project, relying on their expertise to execute our design vision seamlessly.

Navigating the complexities of the project, our team meticulously specified elements such as flooring, shopfront exterior colours, and lighting from Fourth Dimension Lighting.

 

Collaborating closely with the clients project manager, client, contractors and stakeholders, we ensured every detail aligned with APM Monaco's vision of opulence and sophistication. Through constant communication with mall management and the client, we orchestrated a seamless process, preserving the exclusive ambiance of Westfield Newmarket.
